Here we have an absolute standout offering from The Real McCoy's, in the way of their Rough Out Leather Western Jacket. This is heavily inspired by iconic 'rough out' Trucker Jackets from the 1960's made famous by the likes of Levi's and others. As always from McCoy's this piece is elevated to the next level without compromise.
The body of the Jacket is cut in Japan from a vegetable tanned cowhide 'rough out' and is left unlined. The smooth unlined leather interior moulds to the body with time, helping the jacket to fit and age naturally, in a way that is unique to the owner. The contrast collar is cut from a vegetable-tanned, tea core horsehide that will age with time to reveal the natural colour of the leather underneath.
Taking on the classic Type III, or Trucker Style, a button front using custom brass snap DOT buttons has been paired with two chest pockets while snap button side adjusters at the back help adjust fit if necessary. A custom woven McCoy Western Wear label completes the look.
