We're pleased to offer the "Sarrau" capsule collection for this SS21 from Coherence. This new "Sarrau" collection of utility wear sources inspiration from those legendary artists which Coherence has based their brand on.
The Vernon III is inspired by French novelist Boris Vian, famous for his publication of criminal fiction novels, who was pictured in Saint-Tropez in 1953 wearing a M-43 US Army jacket.
Cut from their exclusive selvedge yacht canvas in Japan, the Vernon III is a follow on from their Vernon II that proved popular last SS20. For this season we have it in a short sleeve version and available in two colour-ways for the season.
Fusing together the famous design of the M-43 US Army jacket and details from a French Army blouson of the same era, Coherence have produced a garment with vintage military inspired detailing. Two chest gusset pockets with button flap closure and a button front using tonal buttons have been paired with two side hand warmer pockets while both sleeves have a button fastening trim to alter fit. Two inner pockets and a relaxed fit and silhouette completes the look.
