The 41' Chino from Jelado is a new introduction for the SS21 season and is sure to become a staple in their line-up.
The 41' chino is based on a pair of military khaki chinos issued in 1941 and worn by US Army Officers while the chosen fabric for the 41' chino has been expertly crafted in Japan using a Vintage Power Loom.
Jelado have produced a high-density left hand twill chino fabric, using 20x20 uneven vertical and horizontal threads with a slight 'nep' to the fabric, providing the wearer with an authentic vintage style look and feel. To be even more precise and in homage to original issued spec, the 41' chino has been sewn with highly skilled precision exactly replicating the thread count and needle movement as original issued specs, using a 2mm stitch count.
These wide legged, high waisted 41' chinos feature varying weighted pocket bags with different fabrics used as per original spec while a button front with urea buttons for stability completes the look.
