Soundman Reading Gurkha Trousers OliveSoundman
Continuing to be inspired by vintage military wear, this SS20 sees Soundman utilise exacting fabrics with inspired design.
The history of the trouser is rooted deep within British Military tradition, specifically during the Anglo-Nepalese War where the enemy were an elite fighting group called the Ghurkha’s. Having found their way into the Menswear circles of late, they are equally at home paired with Tailoring or Workwear.
The Gurkha Trouser is defined by its double-pleated front and high, cummerbund-style waistband with buckle fastenings.
This AW20 sees Soundman introduce the Reading Trouser, their take on the famous British Military pant. The Reading has been cut from a mid-sized cotton drill in Japan with uneven threads for a more vintage appeal. The trouser features all the details listed above as well as a button fly and a straight silhouette with a slight taper towards the hem.

To help ease the confusion, we use a shipping partner to assist us with all international shipments, which allows us to show you, upfront, all costs before delivery including duties and customs know as DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).
All prices are inclusive of processing and delivery fees (excluding courier fees where applicable) meaning the price shown is the price you will pay delivered to you, with no hidden customs or clearance fees!
