Buzz Rickson’s

Buzz Rickon's was established in 1993 and is the 'military wing' of Toyo Enterprise Ltd. umbrella. Named after Steve McQueen's character in the 1961 film "The War Lover", Buzz is renowned for its authentic, and faithful reproductions of vintage militaria and has become one of Japan's premier heritage manufacturers worldwide.
One of the most successful lines is a collaboration with author William Gibson, known for his science-fiction novels and pioneering the cyberpunk genre. The William Gibson Collection recreates well know vintage pieces, but only in black - born of the lead characters favourite jackets, a black MA-1, misattributed to Buzz in one of Gibsons most successful novels Pattern Recognition.
