All online orders placed are subject to availability and order confirmation is not a guarantee that the item is in stock. Whilst we endeavour to keep our online stock up to date, unfortunately certain factors can affect this. If the ordered product(s) are unavailable and we are unable to restock, you will be contacted and informed of any waiting time and offered alternatives or a full refund.

Shipping

For same day dispatch, orders must be placed before 2PM GMT (Orders will be shipped Monday- Friday, orders placed after 2PM on Friday- Sunday will be shipped on Monday). 
You will receive tracking information by email when the order is shipped.
Delivery via DHL or a recognised local courier.
    UK Delivery:
    • £6.00 DHL Next Day Delivery for orders below £100.
    • Once shipped your order will be delivered by the end of the next possible working day.
    Within an hour of your order being collected you will receive a text message or email detailing when your shipment is due to arrive and offers a number of delivery options. 
    • Please note that orders placed on a Friday will be delivered for the following Monday. 
    European Delivery:
    • Shipping rates vary by zone and cart value. 

      •Free Tracked Standard Shipping: 7-13 business days (tracking available once scanned at shipment hub) 

      • DHL Express Courier (Air): 1-2 business days. 

    All prices at the checkout are inclusive of processing and delivery fees (excluding courier fees where applicable), meaning the price shown is the price you will pay delivered to you, with no hidden customs or clearance fees!

    All orders placed from within the EU have the local rate of VAT added and paid within destination country; so no excess VAT will be charged upon arrival and we do not collect UK VAT. This also means that you are able to pay in local currency (or the currency of your choice) to a local bank account.

              •DHL Express Courier (Air): 1-2 business days 
    • Delivery times may vary but usually delivered within 10 working days 
    (Please note delivery pickups and postage may be affected during bank holidays and weekends).

    Returns

    All returned goods must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition, with no damage/ wear and with all labels still attached. If the return does not meet our satisfaction, we will deduct a restocking fee from your refund.
    In-store: Where the clothes have been tried on in person, we reserve the right to operate a return for exchange or store credit only. Proof of purchase will need to be provided and the item returned in unworn condition with all labels attached. 
    Please take reasonable care to ensure that goods are not damaged. Returns that are damaged, altered or without original labels will not be accepted except in the case of faulty goods, where your statutory rights apply.*
    *If an item is returned to us with a need to prepare it for resale due to: odour, stray hairs or an excess of other lint, being poorly re-packaged or any other need for cleaning a restocking fee will be charged to cover the costs. 
    Sale or markdown items are non-returnable for either exchange, credit note or refund when the purchase has been made in-store. 
    Online: Upon receipt of goods, you have a total of 28 days to return the goods to us. 
    If you'd like to return an order placed outside of the UK, please contact us at info@clutch-cafe.com to arrange a returns label for you. The cost of this is deducted from your refund total and ensures that the package reaches us safely and without incurring import charges. 
    Please clearly mark the parcel for "Returns" and send items in their original condition. Returns that are damaged, altered or without original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
    If you return items without using our prepaid shipping labels, you are liable for all postage costs incurred including any import duties we are charged, these will be deducted from your refund total. 
    We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee in the case of damaged goods in need of cleaning. 

    Refunds will be made to the original purchaser's card and processed within 14 days on receipt of the returned item(s). We do not process exchanges for international orders. If you require an exchange, please return your goods to us for a refund and then place a new order for the desired size/item.
