The Sanders Military Collection was made for the Japanese market based on archival lasts and designs originally supplied to the Ministry of Defence.
This BGS Model is made under their abbreviated line 'Boots, Ankles, General Service' and is borrowed from the ammunition boots made for the British Army from the late 19th century up to the 1950's.
This BGS Derby Shoe is available in the UK exclusively through us and the last is based on an archive model Sanders have in their Northampton Factory. The square toebox is slightly wider than the 266 Last used on other Japan lines while they are made in the UK from military spec polished calf leather, with a goodyear welted 'Itshide' rubber sole.
Each shoe comes as a standard fitting and run true to size.
