Arguably the finest Americana reproduction brand from Japan, the Real McCoy's painstakingly recreate and update original garments for the modern day offering the best from the past, replicated to perfection without compromise in Japan.

The 30's Freeman Leather Jacket from The Real McCoy's is a standout jacket, cut with exact precision in Japan. Inspired by pre-war styles from the 1930's, the Freeman is about as classic as it gets. Sticking true to the era, McCoy's have used a Deerskin leather, an ideal alternative to calfskin, or horsehide, both of which were hard to come by during The Great Depression.

Made in their leather atelier in Kobe, the Freeman uses a super-soft, supple, and comfortable black tanned Deerskin leather. It is lightweight, yet highly durable, making it the ideal companion for this jacket.

The Freeman features a pleated rear design with pressed iron cinch buckles. A zip front using a 1930's pin-lock zipper has been paired with a single chest pocket with a ball-chain zipper as well as two lower slash pockets. The cuffs feature a wool-ribbing as well as period correct urea buttons, while the lining is a cotton/satin mix, complimenting the deerskin leather.
