Alden Colour #8 Cordovan Indy Boot M1906HC
Alden
Alden has been producing Made in USA footwear for well over a century now. An icon of American footwear, Alden was founded in 1884 by Charles H Alden in Massachusetts and remains there to this day.
The second run of one our favourite boots here has landed. We last had this style in 2021 and opted for Alden's classic work boot style, famously coined the 'Indy' boot. For our first limited run order it simply had to be the infamous #8 Shell Cordovan Leather from renowned Horween Tannery and thankfully we've managed to get our hands on a few more pairs!
The Indy Work Boot from Alden is one of Alden's most popular and iconic styles. Nicknamed the 'Indy' after Harrison Ford famously wore the boots in the 'Indiana Jones' films, they remain an American icon to this day. These are constructed from shell cordovan leather sourced from the infamous Horween Leather Co Tannery in Chicago and feature a fully goodyear welted commando sole. A versatile and beautifully constructed boot that will be sure to last a lifetime, getting better with age.
The M1906HC Boot is built on the Trubalance last, with a D width fitting and also features a hand-sewn moc toe, tone on tone speed-hooks and eyelets as well as a mahogany storm welt and close heel.
The Trubalance last tends to run large so we suggest taking a half or full size down from your usual shoe size. For further information on sizing and fitting please visit our footwear size guide or drop us an email on info@clutch-cafe.com.
Please note, we can only ship Alden to destinations within the UK and Europe.

*After the UK’s recent departure from the European Union, there has been an unavoidable upheaval in all trade.
To help ease the confusion, we use a shipping partner to assist us with all international shipments, which allows us to show you, upfront, all costs before delivery including duties and customs know as DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).
All prices are inclusive of processing and delivery fees (excluding courier fees where applicable) meaning the price shown is the price you will pay delivered to you, with no hidden customs or clearance fees!
