Having undertaken some new design and brand development over the past couple of seasons Full Count are back with their latest collection blending timeless design with some unique and classic twists.

The Lot 4050 US Army Denim Pullover was first introduced by Full Count for this past SS21 season and is now a core offering. The US Army Pullover Shirt is a reproduction of a shirt issued to the US Army up until the 1940's.

Denim became a standard fabric used by the army as early as 1919, replacing the brown cotton duck work clothes that were previously issued. The pullover was standard issue until the 40s when a jacket with lower pockets and a buttoned up front replaced it.

Cut from a lightweight and breathable 10oz denim with a grey weft, the Lot 4050 is a rare example of a 1930's vintage shirt found in their archive. The shirt features contrasting grey stitching throughout (a feature commonly found in pre-WWII models), two large utilitarian pockets and a 3 button front. Interestingly the steel buttons feature an intricate 1930's engraving as opposed to the more traditional U.S. Army buttons. The 4050 is complete with a vintage style cotton patch and a square cut hem.
