Rocky Mountain Featherbed Teton Jacket RedRocky Mountain Featherbed
Rocky Mountain Featherbed was founded in Wyoming (the Cowboy State) in the late 1960s. RMFB created its iconic down vest with a seamless single-piece leather yoke for cowboys and their down vests became infamous for their cold-proof and heat-retaining features like those of feather beds.
In 2005 35 Summers Ltd in Japan acquired the license to manufacture and re-create these unique and iconic garments down to every exact detail, using the rights to distribute the branded name.
The Grand Teton collection from Rocky Mountain Featherbed is inspired by the great American outdoors and is named after the highest peak in the Rocky Mountains. This line from RMFB offers the finest garments without compromising on materials or manufacturing.
The RM Teton Jacket is inspired by vintage down jackets of the 1950s & '60s and specifically the legendary Karakoram Parka made by Eddie Bauer in 1953. The Teton jacket falls under Rocky Mountain Featherbed's 'Nice Stuffin' collection where they use modern-day fabrics for maximum heat retention with minimum weight.
Cut from 20 denier ripstop nylon specially developed for RM in Japan, the Teton features 700FP down which maximises heat retention. Two large flap pockets with side entry hand warmers have been paired with a button front and concealed two-way YKK zip while the ribbed cuffs help retain warmth. The attached hood adds another element of warmth while fitting can be adjusted using the waist and hem adjusters.

*After the UK’s recent departure from the European Union, there has been an unavoidable upheaval in all trade.
To help ease the confusion, we use a shipping partner to assist us with all international shipments, which allows us to show you, upfront, all costs before delivery including duties and customs know as DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).
All prices are inclusive of processing and delivery fees (excluding courier fees where applicable) meaning the price shown is the price you will pay delivered to you, with no hidden customs or clearance fees!
All orders placed from within the EU have the local rate of VAT added and paid within destination country; so no excess VAT will be charged upon arrival and we do not collect UK VAT. This also means that you are able to pay in local currency (or the currency of your choice) to a local bank account, as well as offering payment plans wherever applicable.
