For same-day dispatch, orders must be placed before 2 PM UK Time.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday or over the weekend (Friday 2 PM – Sunday) will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Returns
Proof of purchase will need to be provided and the item returned in unworn condition with all labels attached within 14 days of purchase.
Orders Placed outside the UK: Upon receipt of goods, you have a total of 28 days to return the goods to us. We offer returns labels for orders placed outside the UK, please contact us at info@clutch-cafe.com to arrange a label for you.
The cost of this is deducted from your refund total and this method ensures that the package reaches us safely and without incurring import charges.
Refunds will be made to the original purchaser's card and processed within 14 days on receipt of the returned item(s).

Sugar Cane continues to use period-correct shuttle looms and sewing machines, prioritising craftsmanship over productivity. The result is good, old-fashioned American workwear made in Japan, produced with an unwavering respect for tradition and authenticity.
The 2025 model from Sugar Cane draws direct inspiration from waist overalls of the mid-1930s, reinterpreting pre-war workwear. Cut with a fuller leg from thigh to hem, the shape mirrors the easy, functional line of classic work pants that were built for purpose. While original 1930s pairs featured suspender buttons and a cinch back, Sugar Cane has intentionally omitted these details for an updated, cleaner style.
Crotch rivets are faithfully reproduced, and the rear centre belt loop features the pre-war “right-high” chain stitch direction, while this model is finished with a newly produced green flasher, all details that showcase Sugar Cane's pursuit of vintage denim detailing.
