Faulty Goods
Goods are considered faulty if they do not meet satisfactory quality standards, are unfit for their intended purpose, or do not match their description. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse are not classified as faulty.
If your item is faulty upon receipt, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
For items held longer than 30 days, or over 6 months, please contact our Customer Support Team before returning the item, as an investigation will be required. Acceptance of such returns will be at the company’s discretion.
Returns Abuse
While we offer a flexible returns process to enhance customer experience, we reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the policy is being misused. This includes returning items beyond the designated return period or claiming items are faulty after substantial wear and tear.
We cannot be held responsible for any items returned to us that were not purchased from Clutch Europe Ltd.
