The Lot. 2180 NAF 1168 Aviator & Ground Crew Jacket from Warehouse & Co is an outstanding piece of reproduction clothing, cut to exacting standards in Japan. Based on the early NAF1168 order by the Naval Aircraft Factory, these were made for both aviators and ground crew during the 1940's and was a successor to the 37J1.
Cut in Japan from a high density selvedge jungle cloth, the Lot. 2180 features an alpaca lining through the body of the jacket and sleeves while metal eyelets under the arm have been included for added breathability. A knitted wool collar has been paired with knitted cuffs and waistband for added durability and protection from the elements while finished with two 'D' pockets. A Talon zip front with leather pull tab completes the look.
