For same-day dispatch, orders must be placed before 2 PM UK Time.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday or over the weekend (Friday 2 PM – Sunday) will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Returns
Proof of purchase will need to be provided and the item returned in unworn condition with all labels attached within 14 days of purchase.
Orders Placed outside the UK: Upon receipt of goods, you have a total of 28 days to return the goods to us. We offer returns labels for orders placed outside the UK, please contact us at info@clutch-cafe.com to arrange a label for you.
The cost of this is deducted from your refund total and this method ensures that the package reaches us safely and without incurring import charges.
Refunds will be made to the original purchaser's card and processed within 14 days on receipt of the returned item(s).

This month, Lightning presents its first-ever Sukajan special. The sukajan’s official name is the “souvenir jacket,” and it was born in the late 1940s, shortly after the war. At the time, the streets around Ginza were lined with stalls catering to American servicemen stationed in Japan, and this jacket, decorated with Oriental-style embroidery, appeared as something to sell to them. Often described as “the only Western-style garment to originate in Japan,” the sukajan occupies a place entirely its own, quite apart from military or trad jackets, and today its distinctive craftsmanship is drawing fresh attention from around the world. We begin with a look at rare sukajan from devoted collectors and a guide to the basics, then turn to the new catalogue from Tailor Toyo, the name synonymous with sukajan, along with fresh takes from popular brands, exploring the sukajan from every angle.
