All online orders are subject to product availability. Please note that receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee that the item is in stock. While we strive to keep our online inventory as accurate and up to date as possible, certain factors may occasionally result in discrepancies.

If an item you have ordered is unavailable and cannot be restocked, we will contact you promptly to inform you of the estimated waiting time, offer suitable alternatives, or provide a full refund.

Order Processing & Dispatch
For same-day dispatch, orders must be placed before 2 PM UK Time.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday or over the weekend (Friday 2 PM – Sunday) will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Courier Services
We ship using your selected courier: DPD, DHL, or a local courier, depending on availability and your location.

UK Delivery Options

  • Free Standard Shipping (1–3 Business Days)
    Available on all orders over £100

  • DPD Next Day Delivery – £6.99

  • DHL Next Day Delivery – £6.99

Once dispatched, your order will be delivered by the end of the next working day.

Within one hour of your order being collected by the courier, you will receive a text message or email with detailed tracking information and flexible delivery options.

Please note that orders placed on a Friday will be delivered for the following Monday. 

European Delivery:


Shipping rates vary by zone and cart value. 

Free Tracked Standard Shipping: 7-13 business days (tracking available once scanned at shipment hub) 

DHL Express Courier (Air): 1-2 business days. 

All prices at the checkout are inclusive of processing and delivery fees (excluding courier fees where applicable), meaning the price shown is the price you will pay delivered to you, with no hidden customs or clearance fees!

All orders placed from within the EU have your local rate of VAT added; so no excess VAT will be charged upon arrival and we do not collect UK VAT. This also means that you are able to pay in local currency (or the currency of your choice) to a local bank account.

Returns

All returned goods must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition, with no damage/ wear and with all labels still attached. If the return does not meet our satisfaction, we will deduct a restocking fee from your refund.

In-store Returns: Where the clothes have been tried on in person in store and with advice from our knowledgeable team, we reserve the right to operate a return for exchange or store credit only.

Proof of purchase will need to be provided and the item returned in unworn condition with all labels attached within 14 days of purchase. 
Please take reasonable care to ensure that goods are not damaged. Returns that are damaged, altered or without original labels will not be accepted except in the case of faulty goods, where your statutory rights apply.*

*If an item is returned to us with a need to prepare it for resale due to: odour, stray hairs or an excess of other lint, being poorly re-packaged or any other need for cleaning a restocking fee will be charged to cover the costs.

The purchase of "Sale" items are non-returnable. Either for exchange, credit note or refund, when the purchase has been made in-store. 

Online: 

Orders placed within the UK: Upon receipt of goods, you have a total of 28 days to return the goods to us. Please arrange shipping at your own cost, via a tracked and insured service. Please clearly mark the parcel for "Returns" and send items in their original condition. Returns that are damaged, altered or without original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Orders Placed outside the UK: Upon receipt of goods, you have a total of 28 days to return the goods to us. We offer returns labels for orders placed outside the UK, please contact us at info@clutch-cafe.com to arrange a label for you.
The cost of this is deducted from your refund total and this method ensures that the package reaches us safely and without incurring import charges. 
Returns that are damaged, altered or without original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
If you return items without using our prepaid shipping labels, you are liable for all postage costs incurred including any import duties we are charged, these will be deducted from your refund total. 
We do not process exchanges for international orders. If you require an exchange, please return your goods to us for a refund and then place a new order for the desired size/item.


We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee in the case of damaged goods in need of cleaning. 

Refunds will be made to the original purchaser's card and processed within 14 days on receipt of the returned item(s).

Arguably the finest Americana reproduction brand from Japan, The Real McCoy's painstakingly recreate and update original garments for the modern day offering the best from the past, replicated to perfection without compromise in Japan. 

Here we have McCoy's example of a classic 1950's style Sports Coat, reimagined this SS22 in a lightweight west point chino cloth. The 1950's were a period of optimism and rapid change across all aspects of life, including Menswear, where Men began to wear Sports Coats to non-work functions. 

The 1950's Sports Coat from The Real McCoy's is cut in Japan from a high density 100% cotton west point chino cloth, in a left hand twill similar to some cotton fabrics utilised by the US Military during WWII. The beige colour-way was arguably the archetypal colour of choice in the 50's, especially in warmer climates and became a favourite leisurewear piece thanks to the easy-wearing nature of the coat. 

This example from Mccoy's features relaxed details like a natural shoulder, flap pockets, a single slit chest pocket and a two button front using Takase shell buttons, while a three button cuff is paired with a cupra lined sleeve. A plain weave cotton lining completes the look.
