Over the past couple of years Fine Creek Leather have been making a name for themselves with their unique and individual leather jackets. Here we have the Joseph, their take on a classic 1930's Cossack Jacket.

Each jacket is hand-stitched in their Tokyo studio with great skill, using a fine stitch-count which is extremely hard to achieve on leather manufacturing. The Joseph has been produced with the same sewing techniques as seen on vintage leather jackets to enhance the puckering through the seams creating wonderful, subtle areas of character that run through each garment.

This version of the Joseph is cut in Japan from a 1.3mm horsehide from the famed Himeji tannery. The leather is tanned using a unique recipe that Yoshikatsu Yamazaki has developed over the years spent working in the leather industry.

Cut to the basic shape of a 30's Cossack or A-1 design, the Joseph features a small shawl collar, two flap pockets with button closure, a button front, button cuff adjusters and cinch side adjusters to aid fit, while the jacket is fully cupra lined.
