This is a versatile brush and can be used for cleaning as well as shinning. Made with a stiffer bristle this brush is suitable for removing any excess polish and adding a soft shine to the waxes. Also useful in removing dirt and dust especially from textured leathers.

General Info

The Polishing Brush is made from boar bristle, which is a naturally stiffer fibre, with a Sipo hardwood handle.
The harder bristles ensure long-term performance and professional results. Works with all leather types that require polishing.
Care Instructions

1. The Polishing Brush is used to remove dirt and excess wax from the shoe before applying waxes.
2. If applying wax polish to the shoe, use a dabbing brush or cotton chamois. Do not use the Polishing Brush.
3. Once the waxes are dry, use the Polishing Brush to remove excess wax and work up a subtle shine.
4. To achieve a high shine, finish by quickly buffing with a horsehair brush.
Advice

Do not apply shoe polish with the Polishing Brush. Use a dabbing brush or cotton chamois.
All polishing brushes accumulate polish residue over time so use a brush with bristles similar in colour to the polish. The Polishing Brush can also frequently be used to remove dirt and dust from leathers.

For same-day dispatch, orders must be placed before 2 PM UK Time.


Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday or over the weekend (Friday 2 PM – Sunday) will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

We ship using your selected courier: DPD, DHL, or a local courier, depending on availability and your location.

Returns

All returned goods must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition, with no damage/ wear and with all labels still attached. If the return does not meet our satisfaction, we will deduct a restocking fee from your refund.

In-store Returns: Where the clothes have been tried on in person in store and with advice from our knowledgeable team, we reserve the right to operate a return for exchange or store credit only.

Proof of purchase will need to be provided and the item returned in unworn condition with all labels attached within 14 days of purchase. 
Please take reasonable care to ensure that goods are not damaged. Returns that are damaged, altered or without original labels will not be accepted except in the case of faulty goods, where your statutory rights apply.*

*If an item is returned to us with a need to prepare it for resale due to: odour, stray hairs or an excess of other lint, being poorly re-packaged or any other need for cleaning a restocking fee will be charged to cover the costs.

The purchase of "Sale" items are non-returnable. Either for exchange, credit note or refund, when the purchase has been made in-store. 

Online: 

Orders placed within the UK: Upon receipt of goods, you have a total of 28 days to return the goods to us. Please arrange shipping at your own cost, via a tracked and insured service. Please clearly mark the parcel for "Returns" and send items in their original condition. Returns that are damaged, altered or without original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Orders Placed outside the UK: Upon receipt of goods, you have a total of 28 days to return the goods to us. We offer returns labels for orders placed outside the UK, please contact us at info@clutch-cafe.com to arrange a label for you.
The cost of this is deducted from your refund total and this method ensures that the package reaches us safely and without incurring import charges. 
Returns that are damaged, altered or without original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
If you return items without using our prepaid shipping labels, you are liable for all postage costs incurred including any import duties we are charged, these will be deducted from your refund total. 
We do not process exchanges for international orders. If you require an exchange, please return your goods to us for a refund and then place a new order for the desired size/item.


We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee in the case of damaged goods in need of cleaning. 

Refunds will be made to the original purchaser's card and processed within 14 days on receipt of the returned item(s).
