The USN Medical Sleeping Shirt from The Real McCoy's is a great seasonal offering. These are based on shirts issued for use in naval medical facilities, such as shipboard sickbays and field hospitals & were designed for comfort and ease of wear for both patients and medical staff.
Cut in Japan from a vat dyed, basket woven cotton the shirt is simple in construction and features a tie front closure with a single chest pocket. The shirt features a "Medical Department U.S.N." stamp beneath the single chest patch pocket. This will fade overtime.
