Order Processing & Dispatch
For same-day dispatch, orders must be placed before 2 PM UK Time.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday or over the weekend (Friday 2 PM – Sunday) will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Courier Services
We ship using your selected courier: DPD, DHL, or a local courier, depending on availability and your location.

All prices at the checkout are inclusive of processing and delivery fees (excluding courier fees where applicable), meaning the price shown is the price you will pay delivered to you, with no hidden customs or clearance fees!

All orders placed from within the EU have your local rate of VAT added; so no excess VAT will be charged upon arrival and we do not collect UK VAT. This also means that you are able to pay in local currency (or the currency of your choice) to a local bank account.

Returns

All returned goods must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition, with no damage/ wear and with all labels still attached. If the return does not meet our satisfaction, we will deduct a restocking fee from your refund.

In-store Returns: Where the clothes have been tried on in person in store and with advice from our knowledgeable team, we reserve the right to operate a return for exchange or store credit only.

Proof of purchase will need to be provided and the item returned in unworn condition with all labels attached within 14 days of purchase. 
Please take reasonable care to ensure that goods are not damaged. Returns that are damaged, altered or without original labels will not be accepted except in the case of faulty goods, where your statutory rights apply.*

*If an item is returned to us with a need to prepare it for resale due to: odour, stray hairs or an excess of other lint, being poorly re-packaged or any other need for cleaning a restocking fee will be charged to cover the costs.

The purchase of "Sale" items are non-returnable. Either for exchange, credit note or refund, when the purchase has been made in-store. 

Online: 

Orders placed within the UK: Upon receipt of goods, you have a total of 28 days to return the goods to us. Please arrange shipping at your own cost, via a tracked and insured service. Please clearly mark the parcel for "Returns" and send items in their original condition. Returns that are damaged, altered or without original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Orders Placed outside the UK: Upon receipt of goods, you have a total of 28 days to return the goods to us. We offer returns labels for orders placed outside the UK, please contact us at info@clutch-cafe.com to arrange a label for you.
The cost of this is deducted from your refund total and this method ensures that the package reaches us safely and without incurring import charges. 
Returns that are damaged, altered or without original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
If you return items without using our prepaid shipping labels, you are liable for all postage costs incurred including any import duties we are charged, these will be deducted from your refund total. 
We do not process exchanges for international orders. If you require an exchange, please return your goods to us for a refund and then place a new order for the desired size/item.


We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee in the case of damaged goods in need of cleaning. 

Refunds will be made to the original purchaser's card and processed within 14 days on receipt of the returned item(s).

A new addition to our line up for SS24, camera straps by The Strapateer! A faithful reproduction of original straps from the 60's and 70's, which gained popularity amongst world renowned Photojournalists capturing world events like the Vietnam war. Now made entirely by hand in the UK, with leather sourced from the same tannery as the original, Nickel plated hardware and hand hammered tensile rivets. 

Originally designed in the 60's and adopted by every self respecting Photojournalist of the era. We're talking legends like Gary Winogrand, Paul Schutzer, Kyoichi Sawada, Larry Burrows and perhaps most iconically (though fictional), Dennis Hopper as 'The Photojournalist' in Apocalypse now. The Strapateer Systems were built to survive the harsh conditions of warfare in the Jungles of Vietnam, to the Cuban revolution or the American Civil Rights Movement. 

The Type C Strap is made to carry two cameras, one above the other. The Type C uses the heavier duty 1" straps from the Type B, along with two sets of straps for two cameras. The lengths of all straps can be adjusted with the slip buckles, to accommodate for cameras of all sizes/ cameras with larger viewfinders. This is a great way to carry both medium format and 35mm cameras, or cameras set up with different lenses/ film stocks. The straps can also be unclipped so as to carry just one camera at a time.
