Warehouse & Co have been producing authentic, high quality garments since 1995. Warehouse continue with their standard aesthetic and development of iconic, classic pieces that have served them so well for 25 years.

The Lot. 484 Hooded Sweatshirt from Warehouse & Co is inspired by vintage style sweatshirts from famous American Sportswear Manufacturer Champion. Starting life out in Rochester in 1919, Champion began to manufacture sportswear items and soon became official partners with various colleges that helped promote the 'collegiate' style. In 1938 Champion created the 'Reverse Weave' that was cut on the gross-grain, in order to prevent shrinkage and was quickly picked up by numerous sports teams throughout the US, becoming an icon of American Sportswear.

A new introduction in the Warehouse & Co Sweat offering, the Lot. 484 has undergone numerous samples to get it just right. A faithful reproduction item, the Lot. 484 comes in a heavyweight fabric woven on sinker knitting machines in Japan, allowing for production of heavier fabric.

Cut from 100% cotton in Japan, the Lot 484 has been woven horizontally as opposed to vertically, a common production method from the 1940's that provides the cut and sewn sweatshirt with no bound seams on the shoulders. A crew neck collar has been paired with side gussets that help prevent shrinkage when washed (a nod to 60's-70's sweatshirt manufacturing), while the blue woven label is a banded reproduction late 60's early 70's style and notably only blue. These often differed from production year or sizing. A relaxed fit has been paired with ribbed cuffs and hem while a drawstring hood and kangaroo pocket completes the look with this cracking hooded sweatshirt.
